Last week I did everything I said I would, and more - upload task page, task dashboard on the admin panel (though kinda lacking), and parts of a user dashboard. The admin account can now delete users from the main panel. The main panel shows both tasks and users.
Features left in admin mode include completion override, a better version of user dashboard (showing not just their successes but their status on every task), and then it's time to start looking at programming tasks.
