Update Before November 28

Goals for this week (short - 1 or 2 days, depending on when I leave for MUNSA Wednesday):

• Create code for a programming task page that eats a file.
• Investigate making system calls from PHP, executing Java code server-side, and how to confront the fact that the server doesn't have Java on it yet. Probably involves looking at the source code for jUnit.
